  • Wagyu cattle are considered to be the world’s most desirable and expensive source of beef.
  • Globally the number one determination for beef quality and underlying value is beef marbling – (Intramuscular fat). When crossed with other breeds of cattle, Wagyu cattle have the highest pre-disposition towards increasing marbling in the progeny of any cattle breed in the world.
