The World Wagyu Council (WWC) holds its next Conference in October 2026 hosted by the Wagyu Society of South Africa. Dates for the main conference are 13th-14th with the pre-tour 11th-12th and the post-tour 15th-17th October in the beautiful Western Cape region with a packed programme of excursions, shows, farm visits and wine tastings anticipated as part of a wrap-around pre-and post tour. A number of excellent hotels situated just outside Stellenbosch will be our base for fine-dining, whale watching and trips to the mountains all around the theme of Wagyu.
