The World Wagyu Council (WWC) will hold its next Conference in October 2026 hosted by the Wagyu Society of South Africa. Provisional dates are set as 13th to 14th October in the beautiful Western Cape region with a packed programme of excursions, shows, farm visits and wine tastings anticipated as part of a wrap-around pre-and post tour. A first-class hotel situated just outside Stellenbosch will be our base for fine-dining, whale watching and trips to the mountains all around the theme of Wagyu.
